Case Study – Major Players

Major Players has been leading marketing and creative recruitment for over 15 years. At Major Players, we  were engaged to gather user requirements and evaluate these against a short-list of specialist Customer Relationship Management solutions. We worked with a cross-functional team on analysis needs, evaluating options and then defining solution requirements, for an offsite development team. As part of the service we implemented a project management and governance structure.
