The strategy and solution rationalised multiple intranet solutions into a single hub, personalising content display based on location, and language, supporting employees with their work across Canada and South America.
Aeroguard – Vancouver, Canada
Implementation of a $500m service contract to provide Security Screening at Airports, on behalf of CATSA (Crown Corporation). Management of three complex change initiatives involving over 1500 unionized and non-unionized employees, across multiple Canada. The initiatives were;
1) Implementation of the New Concept of Operations;
2) Severance and Lay-off of employees
3) Transfer of Unionized and Non-Unionized Employees

Advised on the strategy for a new high value, low cost business model and supported the successful change project. Worked in consultation with the Director to design a new organizational structure, build the financial model and budget, conduct market analysis, and re-design workflows and implement the change, including impact assessment, stakeholder identification and engagement, training and communication.
